Services: Maintenance

This Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) framework establishes a twice-yearly inspection regime for an open-loop ground source heat pump infrastructure on three sites for a local council. Scope of works include the open-loop boreholes and chambers, high temperature heat pumps, circulation pumps, pressurisation and expansion system. Core tasks during these bi-annual visits involve statutory F-Gas refrigerant leak testing, monitoring compressor oil levels, verifying system pressures, flushing strainers to clear debris, and checking all pipework, valves, and structural mountings for physical defects or water leaks.
