Our Team

Joshua Cornford, Director

Joshua is a multi-disciplinary engineer who has worked in project management, design and commissioning in building services and the water industry. Joshua has previously worked at Thames Water and several design & build contractors.

Joshua undertook the design and build of one of the UK’s first marine source heat pump projects in Shoreham. The project uses a 300kW marine source heat pump to heat a large office building. Responsibilities included designing the filtration system, working closely with offsite fabricators and managing the onsite installation and commissioning works.

Joshua has been involved in the Design and Delivery of over 30 Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme projects, where local council schools and leisure centres have replaced their boilers for Heat Pumps. These projects involved careful design to ensure the new system can integrate with the existing system while meeting the demands of the site. The projects have also involved fabric upgrade measures, LED’s, Solar PV and BMS upgrades.

William Pape, Director

Will is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with experience across a variety of roles as both consultant and design & build contractor. He specialises in the design and build of heat pump installations delivering heat decarbonisation projects across several sectors.

Will has a variety of experiencing in the contracting and installation side of the industry including costing, project, delivery, troubleshooting and commissioning. He has worked on a variety of projects such as energy centre design, district heating, open and closed-loop ground source and marine source applications with building types including commercial, healthcare and educational both new and retrofit.

Gary Page, Director

Gary has extensive experience in delivering construction projects in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has run complex projects, including dam constructions and has been involved in setting up manufacturing and process plants. He has extensive field experience of hydrogeology and has managed the drilling of over a thousand wells.

His experience includes lead roles in managerial, mechanical engineering and civil design, and construction management. This gives him a unique level of engineering and cross-disciplinary integration capability. Recent projects include a design and build project for 3.4 MW of aquifer source heat pumps installed in three existing district heating networks in Southwark, London. The heat pumps provide 75degC hot water to effectively displace existing gas-boiler operation, saving carbon and reducing air pollution.
