Joshua Cornford
Josh is a dynamic and driven engineer with a wide range of experience spanning from commissioning, to design, to management, in the sustainability and water sectors. He has been involved in the design of air source, open and closed loop ground source, water and marine source heat pump systems, this provides a unique level of knowledge and experience. As well as designing Josh has deliver many projects, ensuring they are accurately scoped, delivery on time and to a high standard and fully commission before being handed over.
Carl Lawson
Carl is a highly experienced specialist system commissioning engineer. He has an unusual combination of cross-disciplinary expertise in controls, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and commissioning areas, built up over decades of hands-on work with designing and commissioning systems. This has included theatre of war activities for the MOD and commissioning mission critical buildings.
Carl’s has spent the last 10 years at ICAX where he has undertaken critical technical design oversight, and overseen commissioning, operation and maintenance activities across a variety of projects. He also lead on specialist troubleshooting activities, and frequently analysed and rectify third party systems that require setting right. Carl has a wealth of engineering systems experience and technical capability.
William Pape
Will is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with 8 years experience across a variety of roles as both consultant and design & build contractor. He specialises in the design and build of heat pump installations delivering heat decarbonisation projects across several sectors.
Will has a variety of experiencing in the contracting and installation side of the industry including costing, project, delivery, troubleshooting and commissioning. He has worked on a variety of projects such as energy centre design, district heating, open and closed-loop ground source and marine source applications with building types including commercial, healthcare and educational both new and retrofit.
Gary Page
Gary has extensive experience in delivering construction projects in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has run complex projects, including Dam constructions and has been involved in setting up manufacturing and process plants. He has extensive field experience of hydrogeology and has managed the drilling of over a thousand wells.
His experience includes lead roles in managerial, mechanical engineering and civil design, and construction management. This gives him an unusual level of engineering and cross-disciplinary integration capability, which is very valuable. Gary has spent the last 10 years at ICAX and has led on Project Delivery, and has also provided expertise in designing drill solutions.
